Our 2010 Sauvignon Blanc is classic in style, showing a delicate balance in structure and acidity. This elegant fruit-driven wine is layered with aromas of white peach, sweet apple and passion fruit bound in floral notes. Green pear and guava present beautifully on the palate, followed by a smoothly rounded aftertaste. It is a wonderful companion with any meal and is best served chilled at 12°C.
